After the Cross

Dennis McCallum
Mark 16:1-8

Here we see that after Jesus' death on the cross, he is found by his followers to be raised from the dead. The question of the reality of Jesus' actual, real, physical resurrection either establishes or destroys the Christian faith--the belief that you can have your sins forgiven and can enter into a relationship with God. It's essential for us to examine the evidence and render a verdict.

Signs of the End

Chris Hearty
Mark 13:1-23

Jesus' Triumphal Entry

Dennis McCallum
Daniel 9:24-25

On the day of Jesus' triumphal entry to Jerusalem, while everyone around him was cheering, Jesus wept. He knew the praise was superficial. They had failed to recognize "the time of their visitation," prophesied by Daniel.

The Dawn of the Good News

Scott Risley
Mark 1:1-8

The Gospel of Mark covers the timeless hope offered by the arrival of a long-promised messiah to earth. An Ancient Prediction of Jesus of Nazareth

James Rochford
Isaiah 53

Is biblical faith blind? Or are there good reasons for thinking people to consider the claims of Christ? One line of evidence comes from a very ancient prediction in the Hebrew Bible. It details the life, death, and global impact of Jesus of Nazareth. Come explore this powerful prediction with James Rochford as he evaluates the evidence.

From Tragedy to Triumph

Jim Leffel
Luke 1:1-4

This teaching gives an overview of the first eight chapters of Romans, which encapsulates the primary message of the entire Bible--that God has provided a Messiah to bring peace between God and man, turning tragedy into triumph. Paul gives this perspective to help Christians stand strong and established in the strength, love, and direction that God provides through Jesus. Paul says Christians can have confidence in this message because of the testimony of prophesy, the resurrection, and the historical record of Jesus' crucifixion.

The Sovereign God

James Rochford
Psalms 2:1-12

The Psalmist, David, writes of the sovereignty of God over the nations and all affairs of men, all the while creating people as free moral agents. God's sovereignty means that He knows everything that will happen and either allows or causes it. This does not imply determinism or fatalism, but rather that God's sovereignty is so great that He causes His plans to prosper in spite of human free will and nothing can thwart them. This includes His plan to send his son Jesus to reconcile the world to Himself, which is predicted in this psalm.

The Righteous Sufferer

Dennis McCallum
Psalms 22:1-31

This Psalm written by David was written hundreds of years before the death of Christ. How then does it perfectly explain the manner in which Jesus was killed? This teaching covers that topic and much more importantly, the purpose of Jesus's death.\r\n
